Rich prides himself in listening to the citizens. He believes the citizens should direct government policy and board members should listen to their concerns. Rich has made his decisions as an elected official over the last 14 years by listening to the community and will continue to do so.

Public Safety has been the cornerstone of Rich’s career as a 23-year Police Officer and Sergeant. He has also worked tirelessly for the citizens of Galt to maintain quality fire and life safety service for our citizens.
